taxfreeshopping.com home page is a link page to a multitude of sites. If you click on a site picture, say taxfreedvd.com, you will be directed to the site of your choice. If you wish to return to the home page click the home button, which will redirect you back to the home page.

SITE PAGE
Our site is a thoroughbred retail search engine, simplicity being its goal. Searching a retail web site could not be easier. The web site is divided into three sections. On the left hand side of the page you will find your search aids together with promotion listings, which are very comprehensive. In the centre section your search results are delivered and on the right hand side of the page the result of your search is published together with a navigation bar and related information about the product. From top to bottom of the web site you will find

SECTION 1
A SEARCH BOX
From here you can select which category you wish to search in. For example, on the DVD site you will find all titles, all directors and all actors. If you select all directors, type in Steven Spielberg and click the Search tab below the box, every film that Steven Spielberg has made will appear in the centre section, likewise if you select all titles and type in the word 'private' and click the search tab, every film with the word private will appear in the centre section of the web site, e.g. 'Saving Private Ryan' and 'Private Benjamin' would be among your search results.

CATEGORY BROWSING TABS
These have been divided into two sections, the first section being miscellaneous categories e.g. recent releases, special offers etc. and the second section being specific search criteria e.g. action movies, war films etc. Once a category has been selected and the tab button clicked, then every film in our comprehensive listing will appear in the centre section of the web site.

SECTION 2
The centre section of the web site is exclusively dedicated to search results. To further assist your search you will find the ability to search within your search results. This search box is called Sort By and appears at the top of the page. You now have the ability to search by price, by popularity, by release date or alphabetically. You will also note that an item and page counter has been added to this section. If your search criteria has delivered more than 15 results then you can view the additional results by clicking on the Additional page numbers.

SECTION 3
Section 3 delivers a singular result to view, for example the result might be 'Saving Private Ryan'. This section further gives technical information and a synopsis of the film, plus financial information should you wish to purchase the title. Should you wish to purchase the title, click Buy and the item will be added to your Shopping Basket which is the first step to purchasing a product. If at any time you wish to view or edit your shopping basket (summary of proposed purchases) click the Checkout tab which you will find at the top right of the web site. What could be easier? If at any stage you wish to finalize the sale, click Checkout, this will automatically take you to the taxfreeshopping.com checkout pages.

CHECKOUT
To start the checkout process you must first obtain an account number. Fill out the form, giving your name, address, postcode and e-mail address, together with your personal password. Once this is submitted, your account details will be e-mailed back to you by return. Enter your login name and password and click Submit.

VOUCHERS
If you have purchased items from the site before you will find your voucher codes next to the voucher code box in the checkout section. Use them and you will save money.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS
Fill in your credit card details, as per the form, and then click Submit. Please note if you fail to enter the correct information the page will prompt you to the section which has not been completed correctly. Click the Submit button again and a confirmation notice will appear congratulating you on your purchase. Your order will then be automatically confirmed by an e-mail. Your purchase will arrive in two to five working days' time.
