2. Any or all goods purchased by you are for non-commercial use only.
3. E-mail will be acceptable by you as a primary form of communication.
4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order.
5. You must be 18 years of age or older to view or order products on this web site.
6. You must use a valid debit/credit card to order products on this web site and you must have sufficient funds in the bank account that the debit/credit card relates to.

VAT Charges
All goods priced at £18.00 or under are VAT exempt. However, the Post Office, if minded, will charge VAT on items over £18.00. The responsibility to pay VAT, over £18.00 is that of the importer, not the exporter, (www.taxfreeshopping.com) and a surcharge may be applied in these instances. Please contact us if you would like further clarification.

Postage and packing
All items are shipped with postal and administration charges included in our prices.

Delivery Times
Orders shipped to UK addresses usually take between 3 and 4 working days depending on stock availability. Public holidays and circumstances beyond our control can delay the arrival of goods so therefore please allow 14 days before contacting us regarding missing or lost packages. Credit/Debit cards will not be charged until goods are ready for dispatch. Please note that deliveries may be delayed at Christmas due to the huge increase in postal traffic. Orders placed after 3pm on the 16th December may not be received until after Christmas. Orders placed for Christmas or any other specific date may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for items not arriving by any specific date.

Refunds
We at taxfreeshopping.com are dedicated to customer care and as part of our service to you we offer a "100% satisfaction" refund service. This means that you can return any unopened purchase from us within 14 days of us dispatching it to you and we will gladly refund your credit/debit card for the amount of the purchased item.
The procedure for returning unopened items is as follows.
Please e-mail us at admin@taxfreeshopping.com stating the reason that you are unhappy with your purchase and we will send you a refund authorisation number. This should be sent to you within 24 hours. No items returned for refund will be accepted unless we have sent you an authorisation number.
Once you have received the refund authorisation number, please pack the product securely, enclosing the original delivery note, authorisation number and reason for requesting a refund.
We will not refund postage for items returned for refund.
Products must be returned by registered post as we cannot be held liable for products not arriving back to us.
Once we have processed the returned product we will refund the original credit/debit card with the purchase price of the product.
taxfreeshopping.com can only refund postage if the item returned is faulty. If you are returning a product because it is faulty then please refer to the Returns section of these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that we can only accept unopened (sealed) products as part of the above refund policy. If you wish to return a product because it is faulty then please see our Returns section.

Prices and stock availability
taxfreeshopping.com will endeavour to keep pricing and stock availability on the web site accurate at all times. However, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or failure of the site to display correct pricing information. In the event of an item being ordered, from us, which has been priced in error we at all times reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money without notice.

Returns
Please read the following before returning products
Please ensure that the product player that you are using is region 2 compatible. taxfreeshopping.com cannot be held responsible for products not functioning correctly in machines that have had their regional coding disabled or their software modified so that they can play products from other regions.
We request that prior to returning any products you test them in other product players.
A returns authorisation number is required before returning any products, please e-mail admin@taxfreeshopping.com stating the reason you wish to return the product.
The maximum cost of posting a product back to us from the UK will be no more than £2.
taxfreeshopping.com will not be liable for any extra postal charges.
Products should be returned by registered post as we cannot be held liable for products not arriving back to us.
We test all returned items and if the product plays correctly in our equipment then we reserve the right to return the product to you and charge you postage to the maximum of £2 per product returned.
Once we have tested and confirmed that the product is faulty then we will replace it with the same title. If the title is no longer available then we will refund the original credit/debit card with the purchase price of the item returned plus postage to the maximum value of £2.
Discs that have been scratched or damaged by whatever reason other than manufacturing defect will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you along with a £2 postage charge.
Please note that our returns service is only available up to 28 days from original dispatch date of the product from our warehouse. We will e-mail you an authorisation number which must be packaged with the product. Products returned without an authorisation number will take longer to process.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time up to dispatch by e-mailing admin@taxfreeshopping.com.
If you have already received an item and wish to cancel, please e-mail us at admin@taxfreeshopping.com so that we can send you an authorisation number and return instructions.
Only unopened goods may be returned unless they are faulty and then only with an authorisation number provided by us.
On receipt of unopened cancelled orders we will refund your credit/debit card for the amount of the purchase price only.

Privacy
We hold data about you only to enable us to provide a better customer service to you.
We will never divulge your personal information to third parties without your explicit permission.
Our credit card processing facility is protected with 128bit SSL security.
